1. PU/PIR Foam Sandwich Panel for Roof(Corrugated type - DCP 35/200 | DCP 45/250 | DCP 45/150 ) & Wall(Flat type -DFP)
2. Rockwool Sandwich Panel

The unique sandwich construction of the panel is a result of injection of rigid polyurethane foam at high density between two rigid facings. Combinations of a wide choice of best quality facing materials offer the customers a choice of sandwich panels to choose from. Some of the facings provided by DANA include :-
- Corrugated Cladding sheet: - ( PPGI/PPGL/PPAL) or ( MFGI,MFGL,MFAL) -- Pre-painted(PP) or Mill finish(MF) in Aluminum, Alu-zinc and GI steel
- Bottom Liner sheet: - ( PPGI/PPGL/PPAL) or ( MFGI,MFGL,MFAL) -- Pre-painted or mill finish in Aluminum, Alu-zinc and GI steel or aluminum foil backed craft paper
- Insulation Material:-PUF – Polyurethane foam (B2|B3) ,Polyisocyanurate(PIR),Rock wool/Mineral Wool in Thicknesses 35mm,40mm,50 mm,75mm,100mm,125mm and 150 mm.
Polyurethane Foam ( PUF/PU), polyisocyanurate (PIR) is sandwiched between two metal or aluminium sheets.
B-3 and B-2 Type PU is provided. B-3 is regular type PU and B-2 is Fire Self extinguising type.
Fire reaction of PIR is better than B-3 and B-2 Type PU.
