Black Cardamom

- Origin: Vietnam is the biggest country growing and exporting Cardamom in the world.

- Growing: cardamom is grown or naturally grows in some North West provinces have the cool weather such as: Ha Giang, Lao Cai… It is only well grows in primary forests under the foligate of the ancient trees. So, it’s very difficult to grow, take care and harvest it. It’s completely natural and fresh.

- Harvesting: cardamom is ripened from September to December; it’s also the time for harvesting. Dry it until the moisture is fewer than 13%.

- Use: as a spice and as a medicine treating headache, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, flatulence...

- Specification: dry, moisture <13%, no mixture, specific fragrant smell, a little bitter. 

- Supplying ability: 100 ton/month. We cover a large area in Lao Cai and Ha Giang provinces, so I can supply large quantity, stable for long time.
