It is widely used for sterilizing various type of liquid food , beverage etc.
Process flow
♦ 5°c -65°c (Homogenizer) - 137°c(3-5S) Sterilize - 20°c-25°c aseptic filling
♦ 5°c -65°c (Homogenizer) - 115°c / 125 °c (5-15S) Sterilize - 88°c-90°c hot filling
♦ 5°c -65°c (Homogenizer) - 115°c / 125 °c(5-15S) Sterilize - 75°c-78°c middle temperature filling
With the following advantage :
1. High heating efficiency , with 90% heat recovery system.
2. Low temperature gap between heating medium and product
3. Highly automatic control system, auto control and record CIP cleaning system, self sterilize system, product sterilize system.
4. Accurate control sterilize temperature, auto control steam pressure, flow rate and product rate etc.
5. Product pipe wall use advanced technology for polishing and automatic welding , pipe can be self cleaned automatically, whole equipment self sterilize, which make sure whole system aseptic.
