2. Feature of Fiberglass Grating
1) Small Density : 1/4 of steel,also 2/3 of Aluminum;
2) Strength: 10 times of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC),absolute strength more
than aluminum, almost the same as the level of the steel;
3) Light Weight: greatly reduce the foundation support,reduce the material cost of the project,
Its cutting easy installation,only a small amount of manual and electric tools;
4) Fire Retardant: All Standard Resin Systems noted above are fire retardant to a Class I flame spread
of 25 or less based on ASTM E-84 Testing.
5) USDA Certificated: The General Purpose and ISO resin systems can be formulated
in such fashion to be certified under USDA requirements. Certification by an independent
laboratory is available if required.
6) UV Resistance: All of our grating has a UV additive to limit degradation from outside exposure.

1) 25 mm thick: suitable for general drains, groove width diameter does not exceed 30 cm,
bearing about 3 ton car.
2) 30 mm thick: suitable for drainage and car wash station, the following support is better no
more than 40 cm, the distance between bearing about 3.5 tons of car.
3) 38 mm thick: for drainage and car wash station, the following support spacing (horizontal and
vertical), it is better to not more than 50 cm carry 4 tons of car.
4) 50 mm thick: suitable for sewage treatment plant, and can meet any construction drawings
design requirements.
