Intermediate Wire Drawing Machine With Continious Annealer
Structure
HT-250-17DT Drawing Machine for Copper Wires is used to draw Φ3.5mm copper wire into φ0.4 - 1.6mm.
The line is consisted of the following main parts, i.e. the drawing machine, the annealer and the spooler, emulsion system, tooth wheel lubricating system, electrical control cabinet.
Wire run
Wire supplied from the basket pay-off, drawn by the drawing machine, via the annealer, finally rewinded on PND 630/500 bobbins by the double take-up.
