Tire ring cutter
this is a special equipment to cut and separate the bead ring ,sidewall and crown of waste tires ,which is the first step of treating waste tires

Bead wire remover .
this machine is mainly used to separate the bead ring and rubber in variois tires to get a complete bead ring

tire strip cutter.
this machine is used to cut the tire sidewall and tire crown into long strips with a certain size ,which is the second step of recycling machines

Tire block cutter
this machine is used to process the rubber strips into blocks with a certai size , which is good for later production and high working efficiency . it is generally used along with the strip cutter , it is the essential equipment for tire recycling

Tire debeader
Tire debeader consists of motor , hydraulic system , drawing mouth , and main part .It can directly pull the bead ring from the whole tires , high efficiency and saving human power

it is the main machine to process the steel wire tires and fiber tires , it can direct treat rubber strips , rubber blocks ,shoe soles and leftove scraps into rubber powder with different mesh . it can also separate the fiber , steel and rubber powder along with auxiliary equipment
