The machine is mainly used in the beverage filling operations, can apply to juice, tea, sport drinks, function drinks, etc,
This filling machine is especially used for bottle rinse and hot filling and sealing 3 in 1 unit machine for green tea, black tea and fruit juice. If you change a few parts, this machine is also can be used in filling mineral water and pure water.
The machine combines washing, filling and capping functions in one unit. The design is reasonable. Its operation is easy and convenient. It is a good equipment for makers to choose hot filling machine.
This series machine adopts block bottle-neck hanging work state design and filling valve rise-drop design. It satisfies 95 degree hereinafter hot filling technology demand. The connecting part uses SUS304 stainless steel.
(1). Washer
Usually , we use the pure water to clean the bottle, under the machine, set the water pump, only need to join the pure water to this pump, it will spry the water to the empty bottle
The glass bottle will be feed into the machine through the screw rod to the first part is rinsing part, there are many support seats and the bottle grippers
-The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star wheel while they are still driven by the star wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip.
-the bottle is turned upside down and centered above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again.
(2). Filler
For the juice, milk and tea, we should adopt the hot filling valves, to protect the quality of the beverage
-The star wheels drive the bottles always "by the body" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps. For the various types of bottle, it is easy to adjust the structure for the operator by our specialized design.
The filling temperature should reach 80degree to 95 degree
Filling valve should use the stainless steel as the material.

(3). Capper
Metal cap or Plastic cap will be send to the capping position by the cap unscramble.
After the filled bottle across the sensor, the sensor will send the signal to PLC, and the cap unscramble will start to work automatically
