Product Description

 Features of sheep wool washing machine

1. This sheep wool washing machine is horizontal drum style, The surface is made of the high-quality stainless steel plate, flat and smooth,corrosion proof and not damage the fabrics.

2. This sheep wool washing machineis safe and reliable, the safety locking apparatus is installed on the inner drum door, and electrical inter-locking apparatus is installed on the outer drum door. If the door isn't opened completely, the machine will not start, ifthe door is opened during the machine is running, the machine will stop running at once.

3. The safety boltof inner drum door is installed on the outer drum.

4. The driving system is driven via the motor transmission to two-step V-belt then to the main shaft of the rotating drum. It has the features of stable running, no noise anddurable.

5. The washing temperature and washing time of the machine is controlled automatically by the programmable controlling computer.

6. This sheep wool washing machine is installed with the water level meter, thus the operator can observe and control the water level.

7. The washing speed of the rotating drum can be adjusted as per the different washing technology requirements for the industrial washing machine with the transducer.

Working process

 Turn on the power switch, the switch light is on andthe stop light is also on.

The time screen shows the general setup time and thetemperature screen shows the setup temperature, the output relay are notworking, this is the very beginning situation.

Press thestarting/pause button, the starting light turns green.

The rotating drum and heating are both workable. Therotating drum must work according to the following cycle: positive rotating(setup time), stop (setup time) then negative rotating (setup time) and stop(setup time).

The heater will be controlled to work as per thepreset temperature. The drying time will be reduced gradually until 0.

Cut off the heating and rotating drum and alarming for1 minute, the stopping light is twinkling, the buzzer is alarming for 1 minuteand then the machine comes back to the very beginning situation.
