Guidance of operations for this kind of egg processing equipment(egg farm equipment or poultry farm equipment)
First,suck eggs up onto the egg loading and aligning box with a vacuum egg lifter(30 eggs a time)
Second,egg cleaning machine will wash eggs with warm water and specialized egg cleaning brushes.Then eggs will be dried by drying brushes and strong heated wind produced by drying fans installed within egg cleaning machine.
Third,UV sterilizing equipment will sterilize eggs with ultraviolet and kill bacteria on eggshells.
Fourth,egg coding equipment will print company name,brand name,expire time and date of production onto eggshells so that egg products buyers can turn back to the egg products producers if they are interested in the egg products.
Fifth,mineral oil spraying equipment will spray a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil onto eggshells so as to keep bacteria away and prevent eggs from losing water.
Sixth,electronical egg grading machine will grade all the processed eggs into several grades according to the weight of all the processed eggs.
Seventh,some eggs will be packed into egg trays by the automatic egg packing machine,other eggs will fall down onto egg collecting belt.
Eighth, workers should collect egg trays already packed with eggs into big boxes for sale
