The waste tires value
The waste rubber can create renewable resources of society. Waste tire containing 22% ~ nylon 24% synthetic fiber can be processed into plastic products, 16% ~ 24% of the wire can be used as high quality spring material, 58% ~ 60% of the rubber mixture can produce reclaimed rubber and rubber powder (granule). 3 tons of reclaimed rubber can replace 1 tons of natural rubber.

Waste tire resource recycling equipment
1. Technique Introduction
It is an integrative equipment for tire grinding and metal and rubber separation. At first tires are drawing steel wire by automatic machine. Then scrap tires go to cutting and go to coarse crushing, fine crushing. Finally rubber powder and metal can be obtained. This equipment has been combined the most advanced grinding and separation techniques in the world and adopted unique process technique. It works in enclosed environment and no waste water, dusty and poisonous gas give off during production.

3. Environmental Protection Standards
A. Emitted exhaust gas consists with secondary standard of “Emission Standard of Air Pollutant” (GB16297-1996)
B. The equipment uses negative pressure transportation, no dust in operation environment. Slight dust leak in the outlet can be manually controlled.
C. Generated noise consists with “Light Industry Machinery Condition” (GB/T 14253-2008)
D. The waste electronic treats recycling with secondary standard of “treatment standard of stock& disposal (GB 18599-2001)
4. Characteristics and Benefits
A. The drawing machine can remove steel wire from tire, could be easy crush and keeping the high value steel wire. Adopt remove dusty and collect fibre and then fine crush.
B. National Environment Protection Standard achieved. No dust leak and no secondary pollution such as waste water and exhaust gas.
