Q:Does OBTPA provide Technical Training for its clients and distributors?
A:Yes. Providing technical training to our Distributors is a very important matter for us. We provide training seminars in our factories upon requests and also at scheduled times. These training seminars are free of charge for the attendants who only have to take care of their own transportation and hotels costs. Please contact us if you are interested in attending one of these seminars. Also we provide teaching videos to our customers. For some difficult questions, we can arrange meetings between our customers and our engineers through phone.Skype or MSN.
Q:Does OBTPA provide Commercial Training for its clients and distributors?
A:Yes. This can be done during a previously arranged Technical Training, as mentioned above, or as a separate event. Please contact us if you are interested in attending one of these seminars.
Q:Is it possible to organize in-house training for our engineers and salesmen?
A:Yes, we can accommodate to this request. However, charges may apply. Please ask for conditions.

For the products from the date of acceptance, the warranty period is two years, if quality problems occurred within one year, we provide free replacement parts; If warranty expires, the supplier will provide maintenance / repair services, only charge for material cost;
