High capacity scrap copper cable crusher and separator machine
Application for scrap copper cable crusher and separator machine :
Automation copper wire machine is a professional dry separation of waste wire and cable production line will be separated into tiny copper rice and plastic, the applicable range of Φ waste wire diameter of 0.3 mm to 20 mm, the old auto circuit lines ,communication cables and wire stripping machine is not suitable for machining (various civilian wire).Waste miscellaneous material wire. Filament wire etc. can be also broken separation without classification .After crushing processing and shock treatment, screen separation copper and plastic will be sorting out.
Working Principle of scrap copper cable crusher and separator machine :
The copper wire is directly put into the machine, it is cut into granules first. During this process, copper andplastic is mixed together. Then the granules are sent to vibration device for separation. Through wind blow and vibration, the copper and plasticis are separated. Finally pure copper comes out from one side and pure plastic comes out from the other
