This complete equipment can efficiently separate lead acid, lead granule, lead slime and plastic from waste dry and lead-acid storage battery through the process of cutting, comminuting, cleaning and separating. Battery pollution's current state and its prospect 

 Even though batteries are environmentally unfriendly, lead acid batteries continue to hold a strong market niche. Wheeled mobility and UPS systems could not run as economically if it were not for this reliable battery. NiCd also continues to hold a critical position among rechargeable batteries. Large flooded NiCds start the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) of commercial airplanes and power sightseeing boats in rivers of larger cities, pollution-free.

Toxic batteries will continue to be with us for a while longer because we have no practical alternatives. There is nothing wrong in using these batteries as long as we properly dispose of them. Europe banned NiCds in consumer products because there is a suitable replacement, the NiMH battery.

The battery recycling process is simple and 70 percent of the battery’s weight is reusable lead. As a result, over 50 percent of the lead supply comes from recycled batteries.

The complete equipment's working principle and procedure:

It works based on an advanced and forward-looking technology that can high-efficiently separate lead and other metals from plastic. The whole process is environmentally sound other than other traditional ways that need incineration or chemical processing. 

Main steps:

step 1: Cut storage battery into two parts to deplete liquid inside it.

step 2: Use an intelligent coarse shredder to crush lead plate into 1-2cm before it flows to step 3.

step 3:  An intelligent fine crusher is used to reduce the coarsely crushed plates into granule with size between 1-4mm, now the battery has turned into slurry state.

step 4: Slurry flows to feeding silo via feeding slot.

step 5: The lighter material will float up while the heavier material will sink down to a vibrating screen for separation through a spiral chute.

Note: water is for circulation use, and the recovery rate of  metal can reach up to 99.7% through a wet gravity separation way.
