Manufacture method:hydraulic cold drawn, hydraulic cold drawn + cold rolled.

TECHNICAL PRFORMANCE:
1. For cold drawn seamlss steel pipe suitable for honing:
OD tolerance: as per DIN2391-1 or EN10305-1
ID tolerance: appointed by buyer. We suggest -0.5mm/-0.8mm for honing, an -0.6mm/-0.9mm for skiving&roller burnishing.
W.T tolerance (eccentricity): +/-5%
Straightness: 0.5mm/1000mm max, 0.8mm/1000mm max, 1.2mm/1000mm max depending on dfferent length and size.
2. For honed tubes:
OD tolerance: as per DIN2391-1 or EN10305-1
ID tolerance: H8,H9,H10 or appointed by buyer.
Bore roughness(Ra): 0.35um max
W.T tolerance (eccentricity): +/-5%
Straightness: 0.5mm/1000mm max, 0.8mm/1000mm max, 1.2mm/1000mm max depending on dfferent length and size.
3.For skived&roller burnished tubes:
OD tolerance: as per DIN2391-1 or EN10305-1
ID tolerance: H7,H8,H9,H10 or appointed by buyer.
Bore roughness(Ra): 0.25um max
W.T tolerance (eccentricity): +/-5%
Straightness: 0.5mm/1000mm max, 0.8mm/1000mm max, 1.2mm/1000mm max depending on dfferent length and size.
Packing: in budles tied with stee strips.
Sightly internal&external oil coating for anti-rust protection.
End plastic caps covering both ends.
Marking on each piece of tube: to be confirmed.
Shipping: by containers.
Based on the manufacturing facilities, the following services are available:
1. Internal surface honing or skiving&roller burnishing.
2. External surface polishing
3. External surface machining.
4. Internal threading

Payment method: we accept payment methods like T/T, L/C,D/P.
MOQ: 4 tons for each size. Smaller quantities can be negotiated for supply.
Trade term: FOB,CFR,CIF,DAP,etc.
Third party inspection by SGS,BV or customer's inspection are both acceptable.
Invoicing: based on actual weight or theoretical weight at buyer's option.
