Commodity: CK45 concrete delivery cylinder
Grade: DIN2391-2 ST52, EN10305-1 E355, C45E,S45C, CK45,ASTM A519 SAE1045, 27SiMn,etc.
Manufacture method: cold drawn+honed+internal hard chrome plating+polishing, hot rolled+externally machined+deep hole bored+honed+internal hard chrome plating+polishing.
Delivery condition: BKS for cold drawn tubes, Quenched+tempered for hot rolled tubes.
Size: ID of 180mm - 230mm.
Machining as per technical drawing.
Hard chrome plating thickness: 0.2mm-0.25mm, or 0.25mm-0.3mm.
Roughness of internal surface after chrome plating and polishing: 0.25um max.
Internal surface hardness: HV830-HV880.
Packing: protective packing and external packing by plywood boxes.
Shipment: effected by 20ft container on FCL basis.
Based on the facilities we have,the following services are available:
1. Machining: both external surface machining and machining as per drawing.
2. Deep hole boring
3. Skiving&roller burnishing.
We are specialized manufacturer of cylinder tubes and cylinder barrels with OD upto 325mm or ID upto 250mm.
Third party inspection is welcome.
Guarantee and Warantee: within 6 months after shipment of cargo.
