Standard specification&material: EN 10305-1 E355 and equivalent standard and material like DIN 2391-2 ST52.

Tubes suitable for honing or skiving and roller burnishing: 40mm*30mm - 325mm*300mm
Honed tubes: 40mm*30mm - 480mm*450mm
Skived and roller burnished tubes: 73mm*63mm - 300mm*280mm
Manufacture method: cold rolled, hydraulic cold drawn

OD tolerance: as per DIN2391-1
ID tolerance of tubes suitable for honing or skiving and roller burnishing: given by customer
ID tolerance of honed tubes or skived and roller burnished tubes: H7,H8,H9,H10 or given by customer.
W.T tolerance(eccentricity): +/-5%
Bore roughness(Ra): 0.25um max for skived and roller burnished tubes, 0.4um max for honed tubes.

Packing: tubes will be packed in bundles tied with steel strips. Slightly internal and external oil coating for anti-rust protection. End plastic caps. External packing by knit bags.
Marking on each piece of tube: to be confirmed.
External machining or external polishing service can be provided.
Mechanical stamp on each piece of tube can be provided.
Payment method: 30% deposit,balance before shipment or against copy of B/L or L/C at sight.
MOQ: 4 tons for each size.
Warranty: 1 year after receipt of tubes.
