SAE1045 burnished cylinder tubing is a kind of precision seamless steel tubes with smooth bore and tight ID tolerance used to produce hydraulic cylinder barrels. In Changzhou Chengxin, we manufacture seamless hydraulic cylinder tubes including hydraulic cold drawn (+cold rolled) seamless tubes suitable for honing, honed tubes,and skived&roller burnished tubes upto 325mm*300mm. The best ID tolerance we can achieve is H7 through skiving&roller burnishing. The surface roughness(Ra) can be 0.25um max.

Standard specification and material:DIN2391-2 ST52,ST52.3,ST52.4,EN10305-1 E355,C45E,25CrMo4,34CrMo4,42CrMo4, ASTM A519 SAE1020,SAE1026,SAE1045,SAE4130,SAE4140, and other carbon steel and alloy steel.
Size range:
Reayd to hone tubes: 40mm*30mm-325mm*300mm
Honed tubes: 40mm*30mm-480mm*450mm
Skived and roller burnished tube: 73mm*63mm - 325mm*300mm
Manufacture method: cold rolled, hydraulic cold drawn
Delivery condition: BK,BKW,BK+S,GBK,NBK.
Internal surface treatment method: honing, skiving and roller burnishing
OD tolerance: as per DIN2391-1, EN10305-1, or ASTM A519
ID tolerance of ready to hone tubes should be given by customer.
ID tolerance of honed tubes or skived and roller burnished tubes: H7,8,H9,H10 or given by customer.
Wall thickness tolerance (eccentricity): +/-5%
Roughness of internal surface(Ra): 0.25um max for skived and roller burnished tubes, 0.4um max for honed tubes.
Packing: in bundles tied with steel strips.
Slightly internal and external oil coating.
End plastic caps covering both ends.
Marking: to be confirmed.
Based on the manufacturing facilities, the following services are available:
1. Internal honing or skiving&roller burnishing.
2. External surface polishing.
3. External surface machining.
4. Internal threading of tubes.
We are ISO9001-2008 certified manufacturer of hydraulic cylinder tubes and hydraulic cylinder barrels.
Payment method: 30% deposit,balance before shipment or against copy of B/L or L/C at sight.
MOQ: 4 tons for each size.
Warranty: 1 year after shipment of tubes.
Third party inspection or customer's inspection is acceptable.
Trade term: FOB,CFR,CIF,DAP,etc.
Additional tests&inspection like hardness test,grain size tallical phase test,ultrasonic test is acceptable.
