E410 burnished steel tubing is a kind of skived and roller burnished or honed seamless alloy steel tubes with smooth bore used to produce hydraulic cylinder barrel.

Treatment method of internal surface: skiving and roller burnishing
Roughness of internal surface(Ra): 0.25um max for skived&roller burnished tube,0.35um max for honed tube.
ID tolerance: H7,H8,H9,H10
OD tolerance: as per EN10305-1
W.T tolerance (eccentricity): +/-5%
Straightness: 0.5mm/1000mm max, 0.8mm/1000mm max, 1.2mm/1000mm max depending on different size and length.

Packing method: in bundles tied with steel strips.

Payment method we accept:
30% deposit,balance before shipment.
30% deposit,balance against copy of B/L.
30% deposit,balance against L/C at sight.
Delivery time: 30 days for CDS tubes,50 days for skived and roller burnished tubes, 60 days for honed tubes.
MOQ: 4 tons for each size.
Trade term we accept: FOB,CFR,CIF,DAP.
Third party inspection or customer's inspection is acceptable.
