Manufacture method: Hydraulic cold drawn
Delivery condition:BKS,BKW,GBK,NBK.
Bore treatment: honing or skiving&roller burnishing
ID tolerance: H8, H9, or as per customer's requirement
Roughness of internal surface: 0.35um max.
Straightness:0.5mm/1000mm max.
Packing: in bundles tied with steel strips. Internal and external oil coating. End plastic caps. External packing by knit bags.
Shipment: we suggest shipment effected by containers on FCL basis.
Based on our facilities,the following services are available:
1. Honing or skiving&roller burnishing
2. Polishing
3. Machining as per drawing
4. Deep hole boring
5. Grinding
We are specialized manufacturer of cold drawn mechanical tubing,precision tubes,(honed or skived&roller burnished) cylinder tubes, as well as cylinder barrels.
Delivery time: 40 days in general.
Warranty and guarantee: 6 months after shipment of cargo.
Payment method: L/C, T/C, D/P are all acceptable.
