25CrMo4 seamless honed cylinder tube is a kind of hydraulic cold drawn (or cold rolled) and internally honed seamless precision steel tubes used to produce hydraulic cylinder barrels.

Standard&material: EN10305-1 C45E and equivalent like ASTM A519 SAE1045 or other materials like DIN2391-2 ST52, EN10305-1 E355,25CrMo4 ,34CrMo4,42CrMo4,ASTM A510 SAE1020,SAE1026,SAE4130,SAE4140,etc.
Size range: 40mm*30mm - 325mm*300mm
Manufacture method: hydraulic cold drawn+cold rolled, hydraulic cold drawn

Treatment method of internal surface (bore): honing
Roughness (Ra) of internal surface: 0.35um max.
ID tolerance: H8,H9,H10.
W.T tolerance (eccentricity) : +/-5% max.
Straightness: 0.5mm/1000mm max, 0.8mm/1000mm max, 1.2mm/1000mm max depending on different size and length.

Payment method: we accept various payment method like T/T, L/C, D/P,etc.
Delivery time: generally, we can ensure 20 days' delivery time for cold drawn seamless tubes,50 days' delivery time for skived&roller burnished tubes, and 70 days for honed tubes.
Trade term: we accept FOB,CFR,CIF,and DAP.
MOQ: 3 tons for each size. Less quantity can be negotiated for supply.
Third party inspection or customer's inspection is acceptable.
