3. Internal surface treatment method: honing or skiving&roller burnishing
4. Size range: 60mm*50mm - 480mm*450mm
5. Standard&material: EN10305-1 E355,C45E,25CrMo4,34CrMo4,42CrMo4,DIN2391-2 ST52,ST52.3,ST52.4,ASTM A519 SAE1020,SAE1045,SAE1026,SAE4130,SAE4140,etc.
6. Delivery condition: BK, BKW, BK+S, GBK, NBK.
7. OD tolerance: as per DIN2391-1, EN10305-1, ASTM A519 or as per customer's requirement.
8. ID tolerance: H7,H8,H9,H10, or given by customer.
9. Wall Thickness tolerance (eccentricity): +/-5%
10. Roughness of internal surface(Ra):0.25um max for skived&roller burnished tube, 0.4um max for honed tubes.
11. Ovality of OD: 0.15mm max for tubes with OD below 150mm, 0.25mm max for tubes with OD above 150mm.
12. Straightness: 0.5mm/1000mm max for tubes below 3000mm, 0.8mm/1000mm max for tubes between 3000mm and 6000mm, 1.2mm/1000mm for tubes above 6000mm.

Tubes will be packed in bundles tied with steel strips, internal and external oil coating for anti rust protection, end plastic caps will be added to both ends.
Shipment: by containers.
We can ship the tubes based on FOB,CFR,CIF or DAP term.
We manufacture honed tubes from 40mm*30mm to 480mm*450mm with length upto 7000mm. External surface can be machined or polished as per customer's requirement.
Payment method:30% deposit,balance before shipment or against copy of B/L or L/C at sight.
MOQ: 4 tons for each size.
Warranty: 1 year after shipment of tubes.
Third party inspection or customer's inspection is acceptable.
Addtional tests or inspections like hardness test,grain size test,metallical phase test,ultrasonic test is acceptable.
