DPP-250E Blister Packing Machine
Outline:
DPP series Al-Plastic (Al-Al) automatic blister packing machine is the improved equipment newly produced by our company. It adopts frequency conversion to adjust speed and control technology of integration of machinery, electricity, light and gas, and two items of patent technology. This series has been designed strictly according to GMP standard for medicine industry, which is in the leading position at domestic market. With its advanced properties, easy operation and high output, this machine is the most ideal packing equipment for large and medium sized pharmaceutical enterprises, health food and foodstuff trades. This product has passed the certification of EU .
Characters:
1. Frequency conversion to adjust speed, adjustable travel, touching -type heat , shaped with positive pressing , capsule turning heads, picture register, air washer heat seal, upper and lower net lines , punching without cross-ward waste edges;
2. Man-machine interface, sensor test with rejecting device;
3. Adopt hand-wheel to adjust the shaping position, creasing position and punching position;
4. Modules are fixed with fix pin, registering accurately and changing modules more easy;
5. It is also used to fill many kinds of medicines and all sorts of special-shaped materials in one plate;
6. Adopt stainless steel and nonpoisonous material to make all the parts which are to touch medicines, meeting the requirements of GMP;
7. This machine has been designed into separated body, which is easily moved into lifts and workshops.
