Valve Plate: imports of 7C Sweden steel which have high-class hardness
coupled with the stainless valve body, make the airflow more smooth.
Piston Ring:raw material is metal ring that is not easy to wear down in
the environment of high temperature. The common service life is more
than 4000 hours in well surroundings.
Synthetic Lubricant: we use high quality lubricant for air compressor
.Super synthetic lubricant will not create carton deposition and prevent the
valve from blocking so that the compressor service life will be extended.
PLC intelligent control cabinet
PLC intelligent control system has the function of automatism, single
action, remote control , communication and so on. Provided with start
unloading, timing drain, overload protection, fault alarm, oil change tip so
that protect the safety of equipment efficiently and is convenient to
maintain. It also can control N sets air compressor work by time cyclically.
According to the needs of capacity then control the function quantity of
air compressor and save energy efficiently.
Barrel Crankcase : heavy duty cast iron crankcase has higher stiffness
coupled with longer piston stroke and lower speed, make the air
compressor work more stable and really run 24 hours continuously.
