Electric Drying Oven
Brief introduction of electric drying oven :
The electric drying oven use electric as heat source, the structure is the same with heating exchange oven and electric heating oven. The outside layer adopt super quality steel plate, lnner layer is made by stainless steel. The insulation layer use rock wool and asbestos material with thickness 100-150mm, the outside temperature will not exceed 60℃. It is hot sale in the market and used by more and more clients.
Features of electric drying oven :
1.The shell adopts cold-rolled steel plate, surface coating white paint.
2.Stainless steel inner and air duct system, durable and high temperature without distortion.
3.The rock wool insulation, heat preservation perfomance is good.
4.XMT-7000 intelligent temperature control instrumentation, key set, automatic constant temperature control.
5.Constant temperature timer function, automatically cut off the heating when work is completed, buzzer tip the end of the work.
6.Dual duct, horizontal air turbine centrifugal fan, temperature uniformity.
7.Heated on both sides, stainless steel U shaped far infrared heaters, long service life.

Working principle of Chamber Dryer :
The materials cassava evenly tile in the mesh belt, mesh belt using 12-60 mesh steel belt, the materials move back and forth in the Cassava Drying Machine dragged by transmission device. The hot air produced by Electric heating tube(Burner, Heating stove etc. ) go through Chamber Dryer , make the moisture of wet material evaporate, and discharge from the wet hole, so as to achieve the purpose of drying.
