Attractive Advantages of Vertical Ring Die Pellet Machine
1. Unique advantage:
Double Vertical Ring Die Design, can use two same hole size of ring die, much highly increase capacity, also can use different hole size of ring die, can meet different diameter size need.
2.Gearbox:
Continue the superiority in gearbox of pellet machine, adopt high precision gear transmission.
Big gear Transmission for easy operation and lower maintenance. Much better than reducer transmission. Two big gears, each weight is more than 1.3ton.
3.Automatic hydraulic circulating oil system:
Automatic lubrication, ensure the long working life and stability. Automatic lubrication system for the rollers and spindles which can reach the machines run 20 hours without resting. High tempreture/pressure,and low temporeture/pressure warning and automatic lubrication. While some suppliers did not have this system, they have to lubricate each working time for about 8hours.
4.Vertical motor:
Rational structure for vertical motors which will bring higher force and capacity. Vertical working state, running with greater power and stability.
5.Fan system:
Can adjust the working time freely, main purpose is to discharge hot air and dust from the pelleting chamber
6.Die and Roller:
Alloy steel, heat treatment done independently by our own company, high hardness, not only enhance pellet effect, but also extend working life. Ring die:3000-4000h, two times than usual ring die working life.
7. Special Roller Design:
Special design is 4 rollers working, increasing press rate and capacity, while usually with 2 rollers.
8.Working Method:
Press pellet from inside out, centrifugal force connected with press force, increase capacity, ensure the hardness and density quality at same time.
