GX-A25 model package machine is a new generation of intelligent packing scale. It's mainly used for many kinds of bulk material quantitative weighing and packing.
GX-A25 fertilizer granule packing machine consists of 4 major parts:
1: Automatic Weighing Device
2: Transmission Device
3: Sealing(sewing) Device
4: Computer Control Device

Characteristics of automatic packing machine
(1) Using electrostatic spray process.
(2) Independent suspension sensors, signal stability which ensure the weighing precision.
(3) Using frequency conversion technology.
(4) Much labor saving.
(5) Solve bag landing powder spillover, turn over the bag phenomenon.
(6) Infrared sensor, servo feeding which can save much more energy.

Packing Rate: 3-16 bags/minute (packing speed depends on the material features and packing bags)

Detailed information of fertilizer granule packing machine, please contact with Elva immediately.
Material is fed by horizontal screw feeder, and material will enter into weighing system uniformly through screw feeder from silo. The screw feeder starts to run after turning on packing machine, and then material will be filled into bag or weighing hopper. When weight reaches the preset value, the screw feeder will stop running. Operator takes filled bag away, or put it on belt conveyor to sewing machine. The packing process finishes.
