Working principle of mesh belt dryer
The front heat source will be absorbed by fan and make full contact with the materoial .The heat source from the side also will transport hot air into the dryer at the same time,In this case,the temperature in the cylinder is evenly.
Before the material enter into the dryer,first the distributor will put the material evenly,make the material evenly heat,this can improve the efficiency of material drying .The width of belt dryer machine determines the drying capacity,length determines the drying effect and yield,the linger the length of dryer machine,the better drying effect,also can improve the material production of
drying.In addition,the denumidify system also directly affect the drying effect of the dryer machine,if the air volume of fan is too large,it will lost the heat,on the contrary,air volume of fan is too small ,the humidity can't be discharged in time,this will cause secondly loss.
