Product Description of sawdust activated Carbon stove.
1.Brief introduction of sawdust activated Carbon stove
Burning the raw material inside of the gasification furnace (as sawdust, shell, Palm shell, husk, straw, wood scrap etc.), the produced flue gas in pipeline within after spray pour, cooling purification, became combustible gas (carbon monoxide, methane, ethane,), as early carbonization of heat, heating and carbonizing the raw material inside of the carbonization furnace(as mechanism core rod, abandoned logs, bark, coconut shell, life garbage,etc.)
When the temperature reached to 300 degrees Celsius, Sawdust activated Carbon stove starting carbonizing of raw materials, producing smoke; flue gas become into a combustible gas after spray pour, cooling purification by the cooling purification system, continue carbonizing, then gasifier stop working.
2.Specification of sawdust activated Carbon stove
During the production process, carbonization start carbonizing when the temperature reach to 260-600 degrees Celsius inner the furnace, the highest temperature can reach to 800-900 degrees Celsius. Temperature could be regulated and controlled by control cabinet.The carbonization time is 4 to 6 hours (13 m3 / pot).according to different raw materials.You can increase the number of carbonizing furnace according to your production requirements,.

Main Structure | One main furnace with three inner baskets. Main furnace: It includes heating room, furnace body and heat-keeping layer. Carbon basket: The raw materials are the resistance thermal steel plant and sealing cover. Fume extraction tube:During the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke which can be burning. The smoke can return to the furnace through tube air-blast carbonization. |

Operating Principle | We put one basket with raw materials into the main furnace with the help of the hoisting tools or crane . After 8-10 hours carbonization,we take the basket out and let it cool by nature. At te same time,put another basket into the furnace and repeat the carbonization. |
3.Features of sawdust activated Carbon stove
1.The combustible gas made by self generated flue gas can be used recycling, gasifier slag can be used as charcoal powder, direct sales, to achieve the effect of energy saving;
2.The whole process without flue gas emissions, meet the national environmental protection requirements;
3.Carbonizing out the maximum yield of charcoal in the shortest time, each furnace carbonization time only need4-6 hours;
4.2people can operate the whole production line, each furnace volume 13 cubic meters, high production and efficiency;
5.By-products:wood tar refining diesel oil, wood vinegar liquid can be used as pesticide, will waste to exploit to the greatest extent, no waste.
6. The finished charcoal powder can reach 600Kg/h.

4. Why it is no pollution ?
Smoking purification system are used for purify the smoking (can not burning) and filter the wood tar. The smoking through the purification system will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.
When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke.(can be burning) the smoke can return to the furnace through tube for purifying, after purification , the combustible smoking can be flow into the heating room of the main furnace for heating the stove again.
5. How many containers will it load?
