What is the introduction of Charcoal Carbonization Furnace ?
The whole machine includes one outer stove, three inner stoves, and the 3 ton hoisting tools.
When one inner stove finished carbonization, we will use the hoisting tools to hoist the inner stove out from the outer stove, then let the inner stove natural cooling, at the same time, we can put another inner stove into the outer stove, which will save a lot of time, so the productivity increases a lot, it is the ideal choice for mass production of charcoal.

What are the technical parameters of Charcoal Carbonization Furnace ?
1) Type: Carbonization furnace BD-QH3
2) Charcoal capacity: 2-2.5T/24hrs for wood logs, wood briquettes;
1.5-1.8T/24 hrs for nut shell, coconut shell, etc.
3) Structure: One outher stove, three inner stoves, one electric hoist and one clean system
4) Outer stove diameter/height: 1.9m/1.9m
5) Inner stove diameter/height: 1.5m,1.45m,1.4m/1.5m
6) Electric hoist power: 0.5kw, 380V, three phrase, used for hositing the inner pot away from outer pot

13) Working theory: Put the raw material into the inner stove, hoist it into the outer stove for carbonizing, when one inner stove finished the carbonization, hoist out for natural cooling and then hoist the second inner stove into the outer stove for carbonizing, the similar process for the third inner stove.
Three inner stoves continuously work in turn to improve the productivity, with smoke clean system to protect the environment.

1. Payment: T/T, Western Union; 30% TT payment in advance, 70% TT pay the balance before delivery.

3. Delivery time: Within 7 days for single machine after getting the down payment; 25-35 days for the whole production line after getting the down payment.
Q1: What is the usage for the clean system?
A1: In the carbonizing process, first come out is steam with bad smell. The clean system inside with floating cold water, when the hot steam meet the cold pipe, the steam will turn to water, thus the steam and bad smell will reduce much.
Q2: What is the most suitable temperature for carbonizing?
A2: The temperature should be 420-480 °C
Q3: What is the power for the electric hoist?
A3: In general, its power is 0.5kw, three phrase, 380V, 50Hz. If your voltage is different with ours, our technician can custom made the motor for you.
