Details of wood carbonization furnace
In the carbonizing process, the steam and gas are produced. The steam comes out first, and then the gas. A series of pipes are designed with the stoves.
The steam with the color of white, it flow into the air through the pipe of the inner stove. The gas with the color of canari, when the gas produced, connect the pipe on the inner stove to the pipe of the outer stove, the gas will flow to the bottom of the outer stove, and burning as fuel. It is also called energy-saved stove.
One set wood charcoal carbonization stove include:one set outer stove with three inner stove,three caps,three pieces temperature detectors,connection pipes,one set 3 tons hoisting equipment etc.
The diameter of outer stove:2200mm.
The length of charcoal carbonization furnace: 2100mm.
The inner stove diameter:1480mm,1440mm,1400mm.
The thickness of inner stove:8mm
The new type wood carbonization stove maily apply to wood briquette, tree branch , coconut shell, bamboo,wood log, rice husk etc. it is the most popular equipment to turn the biomass waste into environmental fuel and realize the fuel recycle use.
