1. The feeding part.the main function of it is to feed materials in fixed quality.And guaranteethe materials to enter the rollers.Screw feeding device is consisted of electric-magnetic speed drive,belt wheel and reducer.They put them in the feeding port.Because the speed motor has special character,it can make the machine operates smoothly. If the amount of feed is too large,the feed device can be overload,if the feed amount is small,there is no ball.So good skills is the important condition for the machine operation.
3, Transmission parts.The transimission system is consisted of electric motor-triangle strip-reducer-open gear-roller.The electri-magnetic speed motor offer the powder.Hydraulic protection device make the piston move.The front joint of piston rod in near the bearing basic,this can meet the produce pressure’s need.If feeding too much materials or entering metal slug,the hydraulic pump

Working principles of ball joint press tool:
