This new Row type SMT Stabler Spliced Tape Tool works like an office stapler; brass shims are loaded
into the handle of the tool and are automatically advanced and aligned into
position after each splice cycle.

The new stapler type tool eliminates the small and hard-to-handle brass
shims. A frame with 20 clips is loaded into the tool in a matter of seconds.
