Features:
SJ-540 Roll to Roll laminating machine is a small laminator that is designed and manufactured upon the
market needs. The machine is a good assistant for label printing.
Applications:
It suits for only pre-glued film lamination. It is widely used for label, magazines, books, and packs for
food, medicine, cosmetics and so on.
Working Process:
1) Manual paper feeding table
2) Laminating unit (heating and pressure roller)
3) Through perforating wheel (or winded directly)
Configuration:
1. Suits roll to roll laminating.
2. Equipped with oil built-in heating system, saving energy and consistance of temperature.
3. Equipped bigger roller,laminating quicker.
4. Oil pressuring system gurantees laminating quality.
5. The air expansion shaft with dividing rule makes operation of feeding paper, collecting paper and loading and uploading of film easier.
