SAFM-800B Double Sides Automatic Laminating Machine
Applications:
It suits one side and double side for pre-glued film. It is widely used for magazines,paper,books,
and packs for food, medicine, cosmetics and so on.
Features:
SW-1050B automatic laminator is newly developed for the lamination preglued film and paper. This machine can laminate the paper and pre-glued film for one side and doubleside.The machine realizes complete
automation to paper feed, lamination, paper cut, paper receiving and temperature control.
Working Process:
Paper feeding system:
Equiped with paper pre-stacker,servo controlled feeder and paper miss sensor protector to guarantee the sequence of paper feeding .
Man-machine interface system:
Color touch screen make the operationeasy and convenient.Operator can check the status of machine on the color touch screen.
Anti-curve device :
It can avoid paper curve due to shrinkage of film and make the paper smooth.It has the features of easy adjustion and no shaking.
Automatic Stacker:
Automatic stacker receive the sheets quickly in order without stop the machine as well as counter the sheets.
Automatic paper feeder -----Air aspirator belt delivery section --- Laminating unit (heating and pressure roller---- through perforating wheel (or winded directly) ----separating system----corrugating pressure wheels ---automatic paper stacker
Configuration:
- 1. Overlapping regulator:Servo control and front lay to guarantee accuracy of paper overlapping.
- 2. Side lay regulator:Servo control and side lay to guarantee alignment of paper from side.
- 3. Smart constant temperature heating roller: 1)top heating roller equiped with built-in oil heater,temperature measuring sensor and temperature controller to make the temperature stable and constant. 2)Bottom heating roller is equiped with cast aluminum heater for temperature control ,stable fast temperature raise and constant.
- 4. Film shaft:Air shaft with diving rule make the loading ,unloading and postioning of the film more accurate.The extension of film is controlled by pneumatic breaker.
- 5. Separation system:Pneumatic separation system to separate the paper stably and quickly.
- 6. Electrical system:Schneider PLC inverter Omron and other international band parts make the machine run smoothly,easy adjust.
