JT-F16 Automatic Hot Jam Filling Machine
Characteristic
1. Adopt injection pump to fill high precision, large range of adjusting dosage. It allows to adjustment of filling volume for all filling pumps at the same time, also for minor adjustment of each filling pump to achieve fill high volume accuracy.
2. This pump system don’t absorb the material, good chemical stability, High temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear-resisting, long service life. It has particular advantage when filling erosive material.
3. All contact parts are made of SS 316L and silicone tube, it is convenient to clean by CIP.
4. Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leak.
5. Apply to fill various viscosities liquid, such as jam, catsup, hotpot materials etc.
6. All of electric elements choose famous brand such as Italy AT, Japan Mitsubishi and Korea AUTONICS.
7. Frequency conversion control speed, auto count.
8. The whole machine is designed according to requirements of GMP.
