Specifications

Functions:
It use the horizontal mixed water flow to wash the bean sprout,and the imputities removing components to seperate the sprout and bud shell automaticaly.
Features:
1.The material is washed by the mixed spiral water flow ,lengthening the washing path,the washing efffect is good.
2.Automatic imputities removing components,virable frenquency control,it can remove the impurities automatically.
3.The tank is conical design with the arc angel ,can collect the sediments.The blowdown valve can be turned over at 360degree ,suitable for different situation.
4.The first washing period is equipped with the ozone generator,it can remove the pesticide residue.
5.The second washing period is equipped with the chiller unit,it can lower the temperature of the material,improve he quality of the material and extend the preservation period.
6.The last part is the buffer type vibration device,can remove the bud shell automatically.
