Vegetable Processing Line
This processing line adapt to many kinds vegetables,such like potato, carrot, lettuce, celery,cole, spinach and so on.

1.six station working table:
Apply to primary raw material selecting and cutting treatment.Cut vegetables on the blue chopping board .Waste is discharged through the scrap bucket.Processed material transported by a variable
speed conveyor in the middle.The quantity of stations can be customized according to customer’s
demand.
2.Cutting Machine:
Dicing Macine Cutting Machine
Use for dice root vegetables like potato,carrot Use for cut leaf vegetables like celery,
and so on. spinach, lettuce, onion and so on.
Cutting shape:Shred, slice, section.
We also have multifunction cutting machine for your choice.Use for dice,slice,shred.
3.Elevator
1.Activities side panels,quick disassemble belt for easy cleaning.
2.Angle and height of elevating can be adjusted.
3.Wheels was set at the bottom,adjustable elevating speed.
4.Washing Machine(High)
This machine forms spiral water flow to wash vegetables.Prolong the washing length and make the
vegetables cleaner.Being output to vibration draining device together with water flow,the materials
being separated with water and output by vibrator,and enter into next procedure after clean water
spray.Water and impurities are filtered by filter screen.The water is recycled by high
pressure pump.

This vehicle has 3 rotating position to hold vegetable basket.
7.Centrifugal dewater drying machine
1. The main body of the machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, hygienic and easy to clean.
2. Adopts frequency conversion technology and photoelectric sensing technology, to achieve full
control towards dehydration time, spin speed and start and stop. The running is safe and the
operation is easy, with low noise.
3. Open cover structure design uses oil and gas hybrid damping spring, visible window design,
easy to use.
