1.Raw Material Mixer-macaroni pasta machine
This equipment can mix floury, grainy material; it's the first step of food processing. Raw material mixed fast and evenly.
2.Extruder-macaroni pasta machine
This equipment is developed on single rotating screw technology, it contains extrusion system, transmission
system, feeding material system, roll cutting system and control system. The frequency of electrical motor is adjustable
with transducer. The main functions of extruder are extrusion.This automatic extruder is easy to
operate and with solid performance for long term. By changing mould, it can produce many kinds of pasta.
3.Cutting Machine-macaroni pasta machine
This equipment is build by cooling machine and cutting machine. After the material extruded by extruder,
it becomes continues pipe shape with high humidity, high temperature and high sticky, after cooling with
the rolling cooling machine, delivered to the cutting machine to make the necessary size. The speed of cutting machine
is adjustable.
4.Cooling Bed -macaroni pasta machine
The cooling bed has several cooling fans at the bottom, the material shaped by the Cooling & Cutting Machine will
fall into the bed, and powerful fans will cool them and vaporize the water on the surface very fast.
5.Drying Bed -macaroni pasta machine
The drying bed is mainly used for low temperature material (60-90°C),
not only to dry different shapes of pasta, but also any other pipe,block, pellet shaped material. Clients may choose different types of
