Instant rice is produced by screw extruder machines. The artificial rice allows the introduction of additional nutrients and flavorings into the granule that are not present naturally. It has the abundant nutrition and the similar shape to the rice.
Vegetable materials can be used for enriching the artificial rice product, and can be isolated from carrots, spinach, tomatos, onions, and beets etc.
The enriching materials can be freshly minced material or pastes, juices and fried flakes or chips. Additionally, powdered or freeze-dried enriching material can be used. The mixture will contain from 2% to 45% of at least one of enriching materials.

3. Our engineers has responsibility to teach your worker how to clean the extruder, how to change the screw, how to change barrel etc. and we have responsibility to provide technology support with you forever.
4. Our engineers can provide basic formula for producing the macaroni. and help customer to produce good quality food according customer’s detailed formula.
