Bread Roll Moulder
with gentle spring loaded rollers system will not tear dough. Use for moulding all types of breads & rolls, Subs & hotdog rolls, Rye & Pan breads, Hoagie & finger rolls, Challah & pretzels. A new feature is adjustable curvature pressure plates. All plates that are 12” and wider can be adjusted from flat to concave or convex to control the amount of taper or eliminate it, formed in your products.
