Wear Resistant UHMWPE Floating Pipes Advantages:
1. Excellent Wear Resistance &Longer Service Life:
4-6 times better than steel pipes, and 3 times better than HDPE pipes;

The far superior wear resistance of UHMWPE pipe will significantly increase the time between pipe replacements and rotation, which can:
a). reduce maintenance costs and time;
b).reduce downtime for maintenance and less loss of plant production time
3. Reduced Pumping Costs:
wtih surface roughness of 0.00022mm, UHMWPE pipes is extremely smooth, compared with HDPE of 0.01mm, and steel of 0.6mm, and it also has good self lubrication. Therefore, the UHMWPE pipelines will have less friction and pressure loss and 20% at least pumping efficiency is increased.
4. Light in weight, easy to handle at the working sites
With density of 0.935g/cm3, the UHMWPE pipes' weight is only about 1/8 of steel pipes, which greatly ease the labor intensity while installing and moving the pipes at the tough working conditions.
5.Chemical and Corrosion Resistance:
With chemical resistance second only to PTFE, UHMWPE pipelines are corrosion resistant when worked as floating pipelines in the water.
Dredging Pipe Floats:
The hull of dredigng floats are made from HDPE with good flexibility, and it is filled with high desinty polyuretahne foam inside. With reasonable structure and good performances, the HDPE dredging floats have been the ideal substitution of steel pontoons for the floating discharging pipes.
The property of dredging floats:
1.Good flexibility, and excellent impact resistance, particularly suitable for the installation in the sea.
2.Light weight, easy for installation and movement, with much lower transportation costs.
3.Corrosive Resistance, longer working life, it could work 3 times longer than steel pontoons.
4.The costs and performances are much better than steel pontoons, with more competitive price.
