Advantages about the UHMWPE material navigation buoy:
1,UHMWPE material is colorless, tasteless, and odourless, no pollution to environment.
2,The abrasion value of UHMWPE is 20mm, the abrasion resistance of UHMWPE is 4-7 times as higher as steel material, 10 times of HDPE material, with the minimum friction ratio amoung plasics.
3, With great impact resistance and impact absorption, the impact resistance of UHMWPE is 10 times as higher as of nylon, 20 times of PE, 5times of HDPE.
4,The break elongation more than 350%, tension strength is 30Mpa, bending modulus is 600Mpa.
For CMB1800 buoy, one 40HQ can hold 2 units, the buoys packaged with flexible package.
