Battery installing
1. Slide open the battery compartment lid from the back of the unit.
2. Inset two “AAA” (or UM-4) size alkaline batteries with correct polarity as Indicated.
3. Replace the battery compartment lid.
How to use the alcohol tester
Warm up
1. Press and hold the power button to turn on the alcohol tester, the yellow & red LED will light up that indicate warming-up
2. Press and hold the power button unit the green LED light Up for finishing warm-up.
3. Please hold the power button until finished the whole test.
Note:
1. The warom-up time is about 0-15 seconds, and it is optional depended the sensor status or environment.
2. It always has a large number of gs & impurity adsorbed on the surface of alcohol sensor, when first time taking out the tester from the packageing, or after long time no using for the tsters, it needs more tme for cleaning and warm up the sensot, you should repress the power button and retry several times if possible.
Test alcohol concentration
1. When warm-up is succeed, wait for 3-5 secod, then near and blow into the breath inhaler for 3-5 seconds.
2. Look into the test result.
A. Only green lED light—Saftey, the alchol concentration is the level:
Under 0.02% BAC (0.1mg/l BRAC).
B. Only yellow LED light—Caution, the alcohol concentratino is the level:
0.02% to 0.05% BAC (0.1mg/l to 0.25mag/l BRAC)
C. Yellow LED & red LED both light—danger, the alcohol concentration is the level:
Over 0.05% BAC (0.25mag/l BRAC)
3. Release the power button when finished the test.
4.To obtain more accurate result, you can check repeatedly 2 or 3 times.
How to use the torch
Set the torch switch to <on> position for turn on the torch.
Avoid inaccurate result, do not test the alcohol concentration when the torch is light.
Replace battery
Replace two “AAA” batteries when the alcohol tester is not enough to turn on ot the torch becomes dim.

Precation
--When after drinking, it is recommended to last after 20 minutes, it is because 20 minutes is approximately for alcohol to be absorbed into blood form yhe digestive organs, and residual alcohol remaining in the mouth takes this long to dissipate.
-- For accurate result, do not repeat next testing within 3 minutes after last time.
-- Do not smoke and eat for 20 minutes prior to testing.
-- Do not use chemicals to clean the tester directly.
-- Do not blowing lioquid into the breath pipe.
-- Do not use any excitant substances near the tester, such as pains, insecticides, alcohols.
-- Do not piace the tester in the closed environment with contaminated air.
-- The result of this alcohol tester gives BAC for reference only, manufacturer does not take any leagal responsibility.
