Rotary drier

The rotary drier is in high capacity, stable operation and easy control. The particles are evenly dried. It is suitable for drying different kind of granulated fertilizers. The selected rotary drier in this design is in radial maze sealed at both ends of the drum. In the drum, multistage raising boards are adopted. The material in the drum can be evenly raised up to form concentrated material curtain. The hot air from the heater gets into the drier at the head of it homogeneously and works in same stream with the material. At the outside of drum wall ball hammer devices are designed to prevent of sticking on the wall.
