Machine's details description :

* Structure :
Vertical ear seat and jacketed insulation
Sealing elliptical head top and down , and the bottom is cone
Installed pneumatic dreg-out gate
* Materials & thickness:
The inside shell is SUS304 ,the thickness is 5~8mm .
The jacket is SUS304 , the thickness is 4~6mm .
The insulation materials is Aluminum silicate refractory fibre blanket , the thickness is 50mm .
The outer shell is SUS304 , the thickness is 1.5mm
* Work pressure :
Inside the tank’s pressure is atmospheric .The jacket pressure is 0.25Mpa .The cylinder’s pressure is 0.6~0.7Mpa .
* Accessories :
(1) Feeding hole & discharging hole ,
(2) Temperature gauge & Pressure gauge ,
(3) Breathing-hole & Cylinder,
(4) 360° automatic cleaning ball ,
(5) Visual light & sight glass ,
(6) Dreg-out hole which diameter is 800mm ,

*Surface treatment : Internal surface polishing, outside surface inferior smooth processing .
Haichuan ectraction tank can be applicable to many engineering operation, such as water-decoct, steep, hot reflux, forced circulation and achromatic oil. Especially, it has better effect in dynamic extracting and refluxing abstraction, with less time and high liquor content. It is used in many fields such as Chinese medicine, plant, animal and chemical-industry.
Extraction tanks could even be designed in accordance with the requirements of customers.
