Description & scientific principle |
TENA laminated glass is composed of 2 or more tempered glass sheets & interlayer films. It is very difficult to breakthrough the laminated glass by force because combination of the strong, durable tempered glass & interlayer films can absorb and lessens quickly most of the shocking energy. Even if the outer glass sheet is broken by hard force (eg. a heavy steel hammer), the debris can be kept still by strong adhesion of the interlayer to avoid hurting people or valued articles nearby. TENA laminated glass can withstand the vertical hit of a 1 Kg steel ball falling freely from 4.8 meter height, and separately, the side hit by a 45 Kg ball of lead bullets from 1.2 meter height, without producing broken debris or scattering broken debris, and the interlays remain unbroken in all these tests. |

Laminated glass with 0.76mm thick PVB interlayers-Test Report
The testing results on the randomly picked samples on-site of tempered laminated glass with 0.76mm thick PVB interlayers used in buildings are in line with the requirements of related China National Standard (GB15763.3-2009, Safety glazing materials in building-Part 3: Laminated glass). The test report was issued by <Shanghai Institute of Quality Inspection & Technical Research (SQI)>.

This CCC certificate (Certificate for China Compulsory Product Certification)
certifies qualification of, the quality assurance ability of the company
+ testing & inspection on the product model (of tempered laminated glass
with 0.76mm thick PVB interlayers used in buildings, are up to the requirements
of related China National Standard GB15763.3-2009, Safety glazing materials
in building-Part 3: Laminated glass) + randomly sampling, testing or inspection
on site after the CCC certificate is granted, in accordance with related CCC rules
(CNCA-04C-028:2009).
