Machine CB-80S mainly ultrafine dust for easy dust and packaging requirements of high precision and the development of the design, is suitable for the packaging of toner, fire extinguishers in powder and other superfine powder etc.
Function Descriptions:
- The tray is arranged under the weight, volume sensor, fast and slow recharge based on the forecast set weight, ensure high precision packing.
- The servo motor drives the tray lifting; lifting speed can be set arbitrarily, which makes filling basically no dust pollution environment.
- The screw is controlled by servo motor’s driving with stable performance and high precision.
- The negative pressure dust removing specially designed and fly Recyclable system, to ensure the maximum utilization of raw materials.
- Supporting sealing machine, sewing machine and conveyor to form the entire semi-automatic bag packaging line.
- Can be equipped with ammonia system according to the customer’s need which could lengthen the quality guarantee period.
