Oblique Arm Precision Screen Printing Machine JN-OA70100P
Application Scope: This series of flat screen printer is widely used in the packaging industry (such as the packages of cigarettes, wine, gift, cosmetic, etc. ), the printing of brand, calendary, oil painting, keyboard, New Year pictures, transfer papers, pressure-sensitive adhesive, Non-woven bag and credit card.
Characteristics:
1. Oblique arm structure, the rise and fall decelerator is made in Taiwan, and the printing arm drives up and down independent.
2. The whole machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC, controlled by non-contact sensing photoelectric eyes.
3. The key electrical control components all adopt imported products, which guarantees stable and reliable performance
4. Stainless steel bonded worktable, widely distributed by Ø 1.0~1.5 Precision adsorption holes.
5. Absorbed by powerful vacuum pump automatically.
6. The level and vertical orientation of printing platform can be set with the direction of fine tuning, guarantees the precision of multicolor overprinting.
7. Printing frame is driven by variable frequency drive system, the speed of printing/ink reclaiming can be set by digital setting and controlling, which is convenient to adjust the printing stroke.
