Sealed Ink Cup Pad Printer with the latest nano-technology oil cup made of tungsten steel cutting ring, the surface hardness up to HRC63 degree, with high wear resistance, can withstand nearly 300 million times the friction. Machines with this section are more environmentally friendly and more fuel efficient than those of the traditional oil pan machines. Sealed cup helps to reduce any solvents evaporating from the ink too quickly and also helps to keep the ink at a constant temperature, and hence save 60% ink and 90% thinner comparing with open ink tray.
