Usage:

The Leizhan screen cylinder is perforation/hole or slot/wedge wire structure designed to achieve high efficiency screening of recycled, mechanical, and paper pulp fiber. The patent-pending design features a robust mechanical assembly and a high-precision wire positioning system to minimize slot width deviation.
Production Scope:
Deviation of slot width should be controlled within ± 0.02mm
Chroming: Chroming thickness is 0.20-0.30mm
Surface hardness: ≥ HRC60-66(HV700-900)
Plate area:0.4m2-23m2
